Dr. Berry was born in Pennsylvania and grew up in the Logan Ohio area.  He graduated from Capital University where he earned his undergraduate degree.  Doctor Berry completed his medical degree at Wright State University College of Medicine.  After completion of Internal Medicine Internship and Residency, Doctor Berry completed his board certification with the American Board of Internal Medicine.

Doctor Berry spent several years teaching at The Ohio State University and later started into a practice of internal medicine.  As the founder of General Medical Consultants, he has extensive perioperative care experience.

Dr. Derrick Johnson is originally from the Cleveland, Ohio area and attended Kenyon College, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Molecular Biology.  Following his undergraduate program, he went on to work at Case Western Reserve University conducting research in the area of Alzheimer's disease treatments at the cellular level.  Dr. Johnson then earned his M.D. after attending the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine.  He completed his residency in Internal Medicine at Riverside Methodist Hospital in Columbus, Ohio.  He is board certified in Internal Medicine.

Dr. Seth Gerkin has been a member of General Medical Consultants since completing his training in Internal Medicine in 1998. Dr. Gerkin was born and raised in central Ohio.  He attended Duke University for his undergraduate degree. He returned to Columbus for his medical training at The Ohio State University College of Medicine and went on to complete his internship and residency in Internal Medicine at The Ohio State University Hospitals.

He currently resides in Dublin, Ohio. He is Board Certified in Internal Medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine. 

Dr. Mohan is originally from Columbus Ohio and completed his undergraduate degree at Kent State University.  He completed his medical degree at Northeastern Ohio Universities College of Medicine.

Dr. Mohan completed his internship and residency at Riverside Methodist Hospital and has completed his Board of Internal Medicine Certification.

He practiced with in an Internal Medicine group in Dublin, Ohio for several years before joining General Medical Consultants, Inc. in 1999.

Dr. Douglas Katula is a Hospital physician located in New Albany, Ohio.  He received his medical degree from The Ohio State University College of Medicine and has been in practice for twenty five years.  Dr. Katula is on staff at Grant Medical Center, Mt. Carmel New Albany and St. Ann's Hospitals.  

Dr. Katula primarily specializes in perioperative medicine as well as Hospice, Palliative and Internal Medicine.

Dr. Katula grew up in Youngstown and was the Valedictorian at his local high school.  He is married to his wife Lisa and has three children (Sara, Rachel and Douglas).  Hobbies include fishing, golf and running.

Dr. Siegel received his Bachelor of Science degree from Otterbein College in Westerville, Ohio.  He attended The Ohio State University College of Medicine from 1981 to 1990.  Doctor Siegel completed his Internship and Residency at The Ohio State University Hospitals. He also did a Fellowship in Pulmonary and Critical Care at The Ohio State University Hospitals.  His Board Certification includes Diplomat of National Board of Internal Medicine (1993) and Re-certification of the American Board of Internal Medicine in 2014.  Dr. Siegel joined General Medical Consultants in September 2002.

 

Dr. Mario Puleo is an internist in New Albany, Ohio.  He received his medical degree from Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine, completed his residency at University Hospitals of Cleveland and has been in practice for nearly ten years.  Dr. Puleo is on staff at Grant Medical Center, Grady Memorial Hospital, Mt. Carmel New Albany and St. Ann's Hospitals.  He specializes in perioperative and hospital medicine.  He enjoys reading, hiking, fishing and attending Columbus Crew games with his wife and two children.
 
 
 

 

Dr. Willard is a graduate of Southern Illinois University School of Medicine.  He received his training in Internal Medicine at Northwestern University at Evanston, Illinois.  He is Board Certified in Internal Medicine and specializes in perioperative medicine.  Doctor Willard joined General Medical Consultants, Inc., in 2001. He resides in Dublin with his wife and three children.
